What is the problem ? According to me they left when
 - they realise the things were going really serious between them and when they realised S was sticking hard at them.
 - they were bored of a relationship where the girl is totally loved by all the boys around and is really touchy and has a lot of best guys friends. 
 -  they just realised they did not love her anymore and did not know how to tell her. No one hurts the Princess after all.

What are the options ? Leave and tell lies. What they practically all did. The usual " I Love You and I Will Come Back" . Psh ! You are all such bad liars.
